Spring Blooms

Who knew that spring could actually spring up on the first day of spring?  Who knew that it could pop up before the first day of spring?  Surely not me.  But then, I'll surely take it!  We've been enjoying the beautiful new blossoms popping up in our yard.  Take a walk with me. . .

On the north side of our house we have a beautiful forsythia.

What's even more fun is that it is right next to the window, which means we can see it from our dining room.  Lovely.  Let's move into the backyard, shall we?

How about our beautiful pear tree?

And nothing says that spring has sprung like these little sweeties, huh?
