When I made it a second time for a dinner party last night, I made the following YUMMY modifications:<br /><br />1)Add a few splashes of basalmic vinegar to the tomatoes, and "marinate" for an hour or so, then drained all liquid before adding to the skillet.<br />2)Added cubed fresh mozzarella while adding the bazil.<br />3)I probably used a little more bread than it called for, but you can't get too many carbs, right? ;)<br /><br />It didn't take us 6 gals very long to eat up an entire 9x13 dish of this yummy stuff! :)Julie Fasthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17568191991351562570noreply@blogger.com
